Step 1:
We cordially invite you to either visit our office or give us a call for a free counseling on pursuing medical studies in Russia.
In this session, our experienced counselor will provide you with all the information you need about Russian medical universities, tuition fees, eligibility requirements, the admission process, and the services offered by Russian Council Of Foreign Education (RCOFE).
It is important for both students and parents to understand all aspects related to the Universities, study expenses, and living costs in Russia.
Step 2:
Once the student has made an informed decision to proceed with studying in Russia, they should submit a completed admission form, along with scanned copies of their 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets, NEET results, and either a passport or Aadhar card. Students who do not have a passport should apply for one, and those who have appeared for the NEET exam in 2024 can submit their results once they are declared.
Step 3:
Once you have paid the application fee and submitted your application, it will be forwarded to the relevant university. The university’s admission officer will review your documents, and within seven days, the university will issue an admission or acceptance letter confirming the reservation of your seat.
Step 4:
In this step, we will initiate the process of obtaining an Invitation Letter. At this stage, the student must provide their original passport. The Visa Invitation Letter is an official document that is required to obtain a visa from the embassy and is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The process of obtaining the Invitation Letter can be time-consuming, taking around one month to complete.
Step 5:
After receiving the Invitation Letter, the next step is to apply for a student visa at the Russian embassy. The visa application process usually takes 10-15 days.
Once the visa is ready, the student will be informed about the date of travel to Russia. At this stage, the student will have to purchase an air ticket, or our team can assist them with the purchase of air ticket.
Step 6:
Once the visa has been stamped, all original documents, including the passport, visa, and certificates, are returned to the student. This enables them to make necessary arrangements for foreign exchange (in Rubble) for paying university tuition fees and covering living expenses.
Furthermore, a checklist of essential instructions and items required during travel will also be provided to the students. Now, students can begin preparing for their trip to Russia.
Step 7:
The students must also ensure that they collect all the necessary documents, as these documents will be required to be presented at the university office upon their arrival. We recommend that students take printouts of all their admission-related documents, including the confirmation letter, invitation letter, visa, passport’s first and last page, and air ticket, and store them safely.
Additionally, students are advised to keep a digital copy of these documents in their email for easy access and backup.
Step 8:
Upon the students’ arrival in Russia, our team receives them at the airport and escorts them to the university hostel, guaranteeing their safety and security. The next day, our representative will provide guidance and support to help the students pay the college fees and other administrative fees, essential for enrollment into the MBBS program in Russia.
Students can be confident in receiving complete assistance throughout the admission process, our team will be accompanying and supporting them at every stage on foreign soil.
